Our studio is all new construction built above a large garage with spacious bedroom, living room with full kitchen and bathroom. The lifted elevation affords a panoramic view to the north and east with vista from dolly dock pier harbor to our private deck situated on the tip of the point bluff. Guest access All guests have total access to The Point grass area and deck at the very end of the property, that sits 100 ft above the water..
