Private Room in a Comfty & Convenient Home by MSP

Roseville, MN The space LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! This private room in a 3 bed, 1.5 bath house is close proximity to everything! Also dog friendly! :) One of the rooms is currently occupied by another person and a dog. So your room will be one of the other two available! 11 miles to MSP airport 6 miles to downtown Minneapolis/US Bank Stadium 6 miles to downtown St. Paul/ Xcel Energy Center 5 miles to U of MN/ TCF Bank Stadium 4 miles to MN State Fair Grounds (Free shuttle to the State Fair grounds is walking distance from the house!!) 1.5 miles to Rosedale Shopping Center Walking distance to Northwestern University. And close to many different restaurants! Guest access You have access to the whole house--kitchen, living room, dining room, bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, washer/dryer, patio. Garage not accessible. The kitchen is supplied with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, coffee pot, toaster, blender, etc. There is also a island counter top island with stools for additional seating. The living room has a few couches and a chair for seating. There's a Roku TV that you're welcome to use. No cable tv, but there is wifi! There are 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has a two queen beds. Another room has a full bed. And another room has a twin over full bunk bed. There's a pack and play for families with little ones! Dogs are also welcome! There's a spacious fenced in backyard. I just ask if you leave without the dogs to crate them or keep them in one of the bedrooms. I have a large crate you can use. During your stay Very communicative!
