The complete main floor of a Bungalow home in the Woodlawn neighborhood of Northeast Portland with 1 bedroom, 1 office w convertible sofa and 1 full bath. Perfect for work-from-home, with recently upgraded internet speed! The bedroom has a luxury, queen-sized bed; bathroom has a lovely claw foot tub/shower. Living and dining rooms are spacious, light and bright. Kitchen is large and fully equipped. There's a full sized washer and dryer for use during your stay. The space The home is welcoming, relaxing and quiet. There is a large, private yard (the house is on a double lot) with patio and garden for you to enjoy. The outdoor spaces are open and sunny. Mature trees provide beautifully shaded areas to spend time in in hotter months. The front entrance is via a classic, inviting bungalow front porch. The back door of the main floor goes to a rear stairwell, which leads to the patio entrance at yard level and the laundry area in the basement. I live in the attic flat of the house, except when traveling. It has it's own, separate entrance off the back patio. Guest access Woodlawn is a walkable, bike-able and drive-able neighborhood. There is plenty of on street parking, including right in front of the house.
