There is a loft with bean bags, television, xbox, and popcorn machine. There is a equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and espresso machine. There is a dining room with six chairs. There is a commons with sofa, board games, books, and grand piano. There is a laundry room and detergent is provided. During your stay My wife and I live on an attached house, and are available to take calls during business hours. In an emergency we can always be reached. Other things to note We would like to bring to your attention that you will be sharing the house with other guests. We have 6 rooms in this house and your booking is for just 1 room. As a result, we want to make sure that you are aware of some of the potential issues that may arise. Firstly, we cannot guarantee complete privacy as you will be sharing common areas such as the living room, kitchen, and bathrooms with other guests. We ask that you respect the other guests' space and privacy, and we will ensure that they do the same for you. Secondly, please understand that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal belongings during your stay. We highly recommend that you lock your valuables in the designated storage areas and take necessary precautions to ensure their safety. Lastly, please note that we have certain house rules in place to ensure everyone's safety and comfort. We ask that you kindly adhere to these rules and treat our home with respect. While we welcome pets in our pet-friendly house, we ask that you understand and accept responsibility for any damages or issues that your pet may cause during your stay. We also ask that you ensure that your pet is well-behaved and properly trained, and that you clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors. By bringing your pet with you to our property, you acknowledge and agree to assume full liability for any damages, injuries, or other issues caused by your pet. Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking areas outdoors. Smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana, vape, e-cig, etc) is forbidden indoors. One (1) well behaved pet is permitted. Please do not bring your pet if it exhibits nuisance or destructive behaviors such as: habitual barking, yowling, biting or clawing, pooing or peeing indoors (or outside litter box). Pets left unsupervised in the room must be in a kennel and not engage in nuisance noise. Outdoor pets must be on leash and poo must be immediately bagged and disposed of. Cat litter box must be scooped every day, and litter must be changed every week. A violation will result in a warning, and with further violations you will be asked to leave with no refund. Quiet hours are 9pm to 9am. Audible music, movies, musical instruments, and loud talking are not permitted during quiet hours. You need to wash your own dishes, immediately after using them.
