The space The Space: Living & Dining: Relax in the cozy living room featuring an electric fireplace and a large TV. The dining area includes a spacious table that comfortably seats 6, perfect for family meals or board game nights. Custom Comfort: Stay perfectly comfortable with individual thermostats in each room, allowing everyone to set the temperature to their liking. Outdoor Oasis: Relax on your large covered patio featuring a gas fire pit, BBQ grill, and front-row seats to the local elk and deer wandering by. (Note: The upper deck is for owner use; the lower patio is your private space!) Sleeping & Bath: Master Suite: Features a comfortable King bed, dresser, and large closet. Flexible Second Bedroom: Two Twin beds that can be converted into a King upon request. Living Area: Includes a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 6 guests total. Bathroom: A full bath featuring a large, modern walk-in shower. Kitchen & Laundry: Full Kitchen: Prepared for real cooking with a stovetop, full-size fridge, and microwave. Stocked with spices, oils, paper goods, and a full set of dishes/cookware. Laundry: Private washer and dryer located right in your suite. Location & Transport: Easy Transit: A short walk to the Estes Park Visitor Center, where you can catch the free summer shuttles/trolleys to Rocky Mountain National Park.
