Lovely Home near SF and Berkeley with Stunning Vi

Beautiful Views of the Bay & Hills.. from dinning room & kitchen &Up stairs views too ! Magical it is! My is a 2 Story Charming Home, built in 1925... I live in my Beautiful home only part time so I leave clothes in the closet and other items there too :) I Airbnb to Guests when I depart to my other home on the coast .. You will love the energy in my home.... open & filled with Light !!! The space Beautiful two-story home with fabulous views of the San Francisco Bay and the Peninsula Hills Large gorgeously furnished living room with gas fireplace. Big dining room with views of the bay and hills Large kitchen with spectacular views. Two large bedrooms upstairs, one full bathroom upstairs, one half-bathroom downstairs. *Two floors can be rented or just a room! I do have a basement apartment where one person resides. They have their own entrance and are separate closed off from thee other floors.They also have a deck that is for their use only I do have 16 stairs going up to the second level so must be very careful... also one step going down into the living room and dining room..caution to all ....please PLEASE BE CAREFUL MINDFUL OF YOUR FOOTING ON STEPS! The time frame varies going to & from SF depending on commute time.Driving to San Francisco can be 20 minutes to 40 minutes. You can also take Bart to SF. It's 10 minute drive to Berkeley, 5 minute drive to Oakland's Montclair Village district with shopping, restaurants, and much more. Beautiful Lake Chabot with hiking trails and boat rentals is just a 10 minute drive. Lake Merritt area there is shopping walking fun is 10 minutes Jack London Square is on the estuary harbor fun place to have dinner, shop,or rent a boat ! Only is 15 minutes away Alameda beach is 15 minutes away, beautiful place to walk rent a bike,rent a wind surfer, or just lay on the beach! Guest access Washer/ dryer combo in garage, kitchen ,living room ,dining room 2 bedrooms bath rooms,two floors are yours. You can park your car in the driveway or on the street very safe. Other things to note I have a basement studio with one very quiet make tenant who has a separate entrance to my home down the drive way, Closed off from thee other floors.My Request is for people to be respectful of noise level for him please... He has a deck that is only for his use only .Quite people only please...
