This recently renovated private home features modern farmhouse decor that puts you in the mood to enjoy an authentic Stillwater, Oklahoma experience. The space This quiet getaway home features three-bedrooms, one-bathroom, in a convenient open concept. The comfortable memory foam bed options are 1 king-size bed, 2 queen-size beds, each in private rooms. For additional guests, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room and 1 couch in the back bedroom. For babies and toddlers, we have a pack and play located in the King bedroom closet. Please enjoy the complimentary coffee pods, tea/lemonade mixes, and a few snacks on us. Guest access Guests will have access to the full home including laundry, front and back yard. Please stay out of the pond in the back yard. There is a garage and shed on site, however, those are not for guest use. Other things to note This home is equipped with Wi-Fi, and recently upgraded to Fiber! The code is on the modem/router in the kitchen pantry. The living room features a smart tv with access to many apps including Smartthings. Feel free to download the Smartthings app on your phone to enable screen mirroring to the tv. There are instructions on top of the fireplace. There is NO SMOKING of any kind in the house. Property is inspected and cleaned after each guest. Smoking in the house will incur an additional charge of $199 for an air filtration cleaning service. There are 2 recording cameras on the exterior (front & back) of the property for the safety and security of the home and its guest.
