The camp features a spring fed pond that is walking distance from camp and great for floating on hot summer days. There are 2 kayaks available for use! You can hear the loon calls at night from the pond and may even spot a moose! ATV direct from the driveway Pets always stay free! The space No frills camping calling your name! Ditch the hustle and bustle and break out the smore's!! Pet friendly, cozy, rustic cabin in the quaint mountain town of Milan, NH with one bedroom (full sz bed) and a bathroom with piping hot water (stand up shower only) and-eat in kitchen with kitchen basics provided(fridge is not full size) the small living room area with a twin sz futon for additional sleeping. The screened entryway features a bistro table and a small air hockey table as well as a mini fridge for those cold beverages! -Roku tv with Netflix provided. -Fire pit -Propane grill -2 kayaks for use. -The camp is NOT waterfront but (walking) 15 minutes away or park on side of the street -Fast internet -Cold AC for those humid summer days and an electric fireplace -The driveway will accommodate two vehicles and an ATV trailer -nearest store is only one mile away! -Jericho ATV MTN is 25 min via the trails from camp as is, Errol, Pittsburg, Berlin and Gorham, NH. Check out "Ride the Wilds." Hikers paradise ! There are to way to many Mountains to list with an abundance of trails. Mount Washington ,Wildcat, Sunday River, Cannon MTN and the White MTN national forest to name a few. Liability Waiver for kayaks RENTING YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THIS WAIVER You understand that the use of kayaks/canoe is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming and using the kayaks/canoe. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and use of the kayaks/canoe and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, and the use of kayaks/canoe may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, or using the kayaks/canoe if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, or uses the kayaks /canoe while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. The back yard is wet use with caution. will be excavating soon. Other things to note Please read the entire listing. The driveway can accommodate two vehicles and a 30 foot ATV trailer . The camp is not waterfront but a short walk . Please remember this is a camp and camps have quirks , listed below are known quirks: The front door opens very heavy and the screen door must be latched to remain shut. -There is a slight lean which you get used to after a few drinks or hours . -This is a woodsy area and the wildlife will get into food or trash that is left out. -The toilet is an incinolet. This is an electric waste burning toilet. To use toilet: Place a toilet liner in the toilet bowl, never use the toilet without a liner. Do your thing and then upon standing , face the toilet and PRESS down the foot lever that is located near the bottom left of the toilet. The liner with the waste will drop into a special compartment. press the start button. The fan will stay on for about an hour after each use , this ensures the toilet cools down. You MAY use the toilet one right after another, there is no waiting period. The noise is comparable to a bathroom fan and is tolerable with the door shut.
