Charming 1830's historic English cottage on picturesque six-acre site: •Lovely private room with queen size bed, central air/heat, flat-screen TV, powder room AND full bath with cozy Jacuzzi tub. •In-room "mini-buffet" with breakfast goodies and coffee/tea maker •Back patio/shade garden with soothing fountain and many feathered friends .Perfect for couples and solo travelers (female). •Great central location for hiking, shopping, dining, and exploring the Finger Lakes region. The space House Content B&B is a warm and welcoming country retreat for a couple and solo travelers (females only). Here you'll find peace and quiet, not the hustle-bustle of a large inn, where people are coming and going. The living room is a comfy place to read and relax, play the piano, or watch TV. The grounds and gardens are also here for your enjoyment: have breakfast (or enjoy your take-out dinner) on the the back patio, find quiet time to yourself on the front porch, or stroll the grounds. Guest access Guests have access to my dining room, living room, front porch, back patio, and the pretty two acres on which my home and barn sit. The kitchen refrigerator (vs. the in room mini-fridge) is also available to you for food and drink storage. During your stay I live on the premises and am here for you if you need anything. Forgot your hairdryer or toothbrush? No problem. I have back-up toiletries. Want suggestions for dining out, hiking, or shopping? Just ask. I'll do my best to make your stay comfortable and fun. NOTE: I recently adopted an adorable rescue cat. Her names is Shadow. She is 6 years old and loves attention. She'll likely hop up on your lap, if you sit quietly on the living couch with the throw blanket over your knees. FAVOR? Be extra careful when you come and go. I don’t want my little rascal to slip out of the house. Other things to note In addition to an in-room single-serve coffee maker, microwave, and counter-top fridge, a "mini-buffet" continental breakfast will be set up in your room on your arrival. You can have breakfast whenever and wherever you like - in your room, the dining room, or on the back patio. A tray is provided to carry your breakfast outside your room.
