The studio apartment is ~370 square feet with a 15 foot high cathedral ceiling, 2 skylights, a full kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with washer and dryer, remote controlled heating/air conditioning unit , high speed internet service, and optional EV charging. Non smoking property. The space This studio apartment is 100% private with no shared or common areas. The studio has a spacious and open feel because of the 15 foot high cathedral ceiling and 2 skylights. Guest access The private entrance via the alley is gated with a simple latch that you can bolt from the inside for privacy and security. The door to the studio apartment has a key code combination that we will provide to you the day before your arrival. Other things to note "This is a non-smoking property; no smoking, vaping, or combustible materials are allowed inside or outside, and this policy is strictly enforced."
