Located on historic Badger's Island in Maine's oldest incorporated town (Kittery), this quaint condo has breathtaking views of the classic New England town of Portsmouth. From every room, guests can enjoy the views of the Piscataqua River and Portsmouth waterfront. Our space is great for a small family or small group of friends. We are located on the second floor and visitors will need to climb a short set of stairs, no elevators available. You'll have access to the whole unit and your two parking spots. All the other property is owned by the other buildings. We are available via e-mail and or text during your stay. We live in the upstairs unit of the neighboring building and can be available in person as needed and able. Badger's Island is filled with great neighbors, lots of friendly visitors as well as local restaurants nearby. Coming Spring of 2022 is our restaurant The Buoy Shack which will be located right in the lower lot! Ore Nell's BBQ and Morrison's Lobster are right next door. Badger's Island Pizza is across the road! Carls Meat Market and Goldent Harvest are 1/4 up the road. Located minutes from (1/4 mile) downtown Portsmouth and the Kittery Foreside. Beaches, shopping, and great local food are all within minutes - short bike ride, walk or drive. You have the best of both worlds from this location! Driving is optional on this Island, as you have everything you need within a short walk.
