This 1 bedroom, 1 bath cabin is newly renovated and sits at the top of a desert plateau. Wake up to sweeping desert views, visible straight from your bed. After a day exploring the park, retreat to this oasis to watch the sunset from the hot tub. With an open floor plan and large wrap around deck, this cozy cabin for up to 4 guests is truly the perfect Joshua Tree experience. The space Everything has just been renovated and is ready to be enjoyed. The cabin sits on 5 beautiful acres. In the backyard you’ll find a large deck and a hot tub that’s perfect for watching the sunset and taking in the night stars away from city lights. This is the ideal getaway for couples looking for a private retreat, friends looking to reconnect, or as a base camp for park activities. The fully-equipped kitchen comes stocked with free coffee and tea. The cabin has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the living room has 2 sleeper sofas. One sofa has a pull-out queen size bed and the other folds down into a twin-size futon. The cabin is equipped with two new heater / AC units that will keep you cool/warm year-round. You’ll be conveniently located 15 minutes from the Joshua Tree National Park entrance. Downtown Yucca Valley and Joshua Tree are also minutes away offering quick access to restaurants/bars/groceries and anything else you may need. To keep your driving to a minimum, we recommended grabbing groceries before arrival. There is a Vons and a WalMart located on Highway 62 just 5-10 minutes from the house. Pets < 60lbs allowed for $75 per pet fee. • HOT TUB RULES By staying in The Perch, you are agreeing to all conditions below. Violation of any of these regulations may result in a fine or removal from the property. Neither the host nor the host's agents can assure the safety of persons using property containing a spa. As a consequence, guests assume liability for spa use by themselves, other occupants, and their guests. 1. Spas, while providing exercise, recreation, and relaxation, also can be dangerous. People can be severely injured or drown if the pool is not properly used. Guests are strongly cautioned that they, other occupants and guest's guest must adhere to the following safe practices: • No diving into the hot tub • No intoxicated persons may use the spa • No one should use the pool or spa alone as there is no lifeguard on duty • Children may never be left unattended when they may gain access to the spa, not even for a few seconds 2. For this rental the following must also apply: • Adult supervision is required for anyone under the age of 14. • No glass or breakable containers permitted in Jacuzzi. • Users must shower prior to using the spa. • Use the hot tub safety equipment only in case of emergency. • No bath bombs, body oils, bubbles, or any other additives permitted in jacuzzi 3. NO LIFEGUARD WILL BE ON DUTY - SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK 4. Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the spa. Other things to note Covid-19 update: The Perch is professionally cleaned before each guest for maximum safety. The Perch has a security camera that faces the front yard to ensure property safety when vacant. The camera films the front yard yet can't see inside the house.
