Cottage - Big Boyd Lake

Renovated cottage on Boyd Lake. An off the grid, quiet, peaceful experience in a very clean and safe space! The cottage can accommodate 2 to 4 individuals ideally. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a queen bed in the loft, and 4 twin beds in a bunk room. There is a full bathroom, living room, and a fully appointed kitchen. Also includes an outside screen house with a dining room table, sofa, and chairs. Located 140 miles north of Portland and 30 miles from Bangor. Its also fully insulated with AC/heat. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, microwave, electric stove/oven and refrigerator/freezer. The master bedroom and loft both have queen beds. The bunk room has 4 twin beds. There is plenty of green outdoor space for grilling and picnics. Two Kyacks, 2 paddleboards and a canoe can also be made available for use if needed. The owner lives seasonally next door and can be available to address any questions or concerns. Guest access The entire property.
