Cozy 1 Bd/1Bth Guesthouse - 15 min to Slopes!

You will have this cozy guest house all to yourself with a kitchenette, TV, and wifi. A 15 minute drive to Big Bear Mountain Resort and Snow Summit! A 10 minute drive to the Stater Bros and Vons grocery stores, as well as the East side of the lake with a boat launch and small beach. A 5 minute walk from the Sugarloaf General Market for any of your last minute buys, and Kallans Bar And Grill serving food and drink until 11pm. The space This is a 1 bedroom guesthouse. The bedroom has a queen bed. We have a bathroom with enough soap, shampoo, and conditioner for a couple of nights. If you need more, the Sugarloaf General Market is a 5 min walk. We provide towels, a hair dryer, and toilet paper. Other things to note Our cozy Guesthouse has a kitchenette that includes a sink, microwave, toaster, mini-fridge and hot plate (portable stove top). Oven not included. Only 1 car allowed on the property. When there is no snow, you can park outside the fence. No cars allowed on the street when snow plows come through. If there is snow, you can park in the driveway off to the side facing the guesthouse. Must get approval to have additional guests. We do not charge an exorbitant cleaning fee, only $60. Most other places charge over $100. We've never liked extremely high extra fees when we've rented. Check-in and Check-out times are strict, if policy is broken and guest checks in early or checks out late there may be a $50-$100 fee. Registration Details CESTRP-2021-02385
