Wild West Cottage is a fully furnished, extremely private stand-alone cottage with outbuildings, all for the exclusive use of the cottage. Located at the end of a gated, private road with a very private, fully fenced yard, the cottage has breathtaking views of the bay, city lights, and the Western hills from every room. The yard essentially backs up to an open space preserve but is within 10 minutes of dozens of fine and casual dining restaurants and cafes. The cottages' outbuildings including a detached office with fiber ethernet and wifi, modeled as a replica of the house, a hobby sized greenhouse, and it's own private laundry building. We use natural cleaning products such as enzymatic cleaners and natural soaps, and employ organic yard maintenance methods. Guest access This listing is for the exclusive use of the entire Wild West Village including the cottage, hot tub, laundry building, green house, and private yard. Entrance gate is shared with access protocol. Emerald Hills is hillside neighborhood. Other things to note Less than one half mile to one of Edgewood Park's trailheads, the cottage is on a private gated country road shared by a neighboring house that you pass at a distance before the road becomes the driveway for the cottage.
