This unique property is located on beautiful Ash Creek, an inlet off Long Island Sound offering views of tidal wetlands, including tons of fish, bird, kayakers, paddle boarders, small sail boats etc. The house is a newly renovated Cape Cod with open floor concepts, updated Kitchen and bath rooms. Refinished oak hardwood floors through out the entire house. Brand new large deck. The house has a very cozy feel and has been also updated with brand new HVAC system. The space Cape on the Water is a cozy relaxed home located in a quiet residential neighborhood of historic Black Rock. Black Rock is the coastal area of Bridgeport CT that borders the town Fairfield. This house has been remodeled with an open floor design that has a great relaxing vibe and serine water views from the back deck. It has everything you need whether its for a weekend get away or a longer visit. Guest access Every guest has access to off street parking, full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, washer & dryer for long term stays. Large deck overlooking Ash Creek and local wetlands. Outdoor grill. Fast reliable WIFI. 2 Smart TVs. Other things to note PLEASE TURN ON YOUR AirBnB NOTIFICATIONS so that we may communicate in real time. PLEASE - give an accurate accounting of how many guests that will be staying as well as pets when submitting your booking request. PETS - UPDATE as of 12/2022: If you are considering bringing a pet, you must let us know in advance of your booking and include a brief description of your pet- Breed & size. We are no longer accepting animals over 30 pounds or heavily shedding breeds. Animals are not allowed on furniture or in beds. An additional fee of $50.00 per animal will be added to your booking. Important - Your pet must be: house trained, well behaved, friendly, non barker, non destructive. You are 100 percent responsible for cleaning up after your animal (DOG HAIR & Waste) and any damage that may be caused. Unfortunately - due to some past guests dishonesty about the nature of their pets behavior, if you bring a pet that breaks any of the above rules, it will be considered as a break in our contract and additional fees will be applied or even early termination of your stay.
