Our retreat awaits you with a quiet, peaceful setting on the east edge of Wichita. Far enough from the hustle-bustle to feel like the country, yet within close proximity of K-96, Kellogg (Hwy 400/54) and the Kansas Turnpike(I-35) to access any part of the city or surrounding communities in minutes. Our home has been completely updated for a fresh presentation inspired by nature. The result is a comfortable home creatively appointed with an interesting, eclectic decor. Our home has a very private, unique setting. There is ample green space along with a small lake, which can be appreciated from the views inside the home and also outside on the covered back porch or open patio. We respect your privacy but will be available for any unforeseen needs. Our neighborhood is very quiet and is part of an HOA, absolutely no parties or events allowed. There is shopping of all kinds nearby. Restaurants and recreational activities, including several golf courses, are within a short drive. A car is necessary to access Wichita and the surrounding areas. Although we welcome families, please understand our home is not “child-proof”. There are open stairs going up to the loft and leading down to basement. There is also open water (little lakes) out the back of home with no barriers from the yard. Our home is part of an HOA which values the quiet setting. Please be respectful of our neighbors. There is no parking on the cul-de-sac, but there is ample parking for multiple vehicles in the double-wide driveway. Self-check is available with coded entry locks.
