The space This is an Army Ranger owned business consistently meeting or exceeding all of your expectations! Whether your stay is a PCS, TDY, awaiting quarters, graduation from BCT, RASP, or Ranger School or you are simply here to visit friends and family, we are confidently at your service. We welcome pets, but do require that you clean up after them in the home and OUTSIDE the home. Failure to do so will result in up to $250 cleaning fee in addition to damages caused from pet. There is a fee of $25 per pet weighing 20lbs or less. Pets weighing over 20lbs will be charged $50 each. Restricted Pets: No aggressive or misbehaved dogs All service dogs are allowed of any breed. 10 mins from Fort Benning Main Gate, your commute to training will be a breeze. Located off I-185 gives easy access to all of Columbus's attractions. We are less than 20 minutes from the consistently popular Uptown Columbus, the scenic Riverwalk, and local restaurants! Try Bodega 1205 at 19-12th street, in Columbus Ga for excellence in all things in Hispanic cuisine. Ask for the owner Caesar, a 20 year Special Operations Army Veteran. The food is "to die for"! Tell him Ranger buddy Mike sent you. Our Guests will have access to the entire home with exception of the storage shed in the back yard. HEALTH AND HYGIENE– Updated as June 2025 We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. We have taken additional measures to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous: We ensure all surfaces, seats, handles, and doorknobs have been disinfected properly. Our goal is to ensure you and your family have a safe and enjoyable visit! Guest access Check-out time is 11 AM or earlier Please leave the house as you generally find it. If dishes were used, please wash them prior to leaving. Please remove all of your belongings and any food (opened or unopened). Leave any used towels in a pile on the floor and place any trash in the garbage can. To ensure your safety, we charge a COVID Airbnb enhanced cleaning fee of $100 per stay. This is an additional fee that is charged in addition to your standard rate. You will be charged the following fees, if the house is not found as you generally found it. - Bed Recovery - $24 - Bathroom Cleaning - $15 - Trash - $15 - Kitchen - $15 Other things to note Prior to Check-in the day of your stay, we require both a Pre-Check-in and Post-Check-in telephone  communication, not by the app.  This requirement is to ensure there is a verbal and personal conveyance of all information including the number of guest expected and purpose of the stay; parties,  large gatherings,  etc.  On the day of your arrival call us directly.  The call will take  no more than a few minutes. Stays longer than 7 days will require a refresh of linen, towels, and sundry items every 7 days for $50 for each time. I’m sure The appropriate fees will be collected through the resolution center at conclusion of the stay. This is in addition to the final cleaning fee charged during the booking process. For example, an 18 day stay would receive two additional cleanings for $50 each for a total of an additional $100. 2. Birthday parties and events are strictly prohibited. Clean up after an unauthorized party will be subject to a $300 cleaning fee. If you choose to have a party without approval you will result in removal From the property without refund. No-one is allowed onto the property unless they are part of the contracted agreement. There is a $25 fee per unauthorized person on the property that was not included in the reservation. 3. This is a NON-SMOKING property, and will include additional cleaning charges of up to $400 to remove smoke damage and smell if violated. A smoking sensor is located in the home and will alert us when smoke is detected immediately. This rule is strictly enforced. We will assume you have smoked in the property, if the following is identified: - Cigarette butts inside the home and trash cans - Ashes inside the home - Any residue in relation to smoking/tobacco products - Smoke smell is detected - Sensor detects smoke Please discard any smoking products in the outdoor garbage can. 4. We do allow pets, but do require that you clean up after them in the home and OUTSIDE the home. Failure to do so will result in up to $250 cleaning fee in addition to damages caused from pet.
