This apartment is for NON SMOKERS ONLY. PLEASE NOTE: Laundry Room is available to guests who book for 7 days or more. Also, NO PETS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. Conveniently located off 1-5 Freeway. Public transportation - Light rail is just a 10 minute's walk. Fast Internet and cable TV is available. WE THOROUGHLY CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL TOUCHABLE SURFACES BETWEEN GUESTS. PLEASE NOTE - by booking this space, you are agreeing to all the rules set by Airbnb and the host. ALSO, MUST UPLOAD A PHOTO. The space The apartment has two bedrooms. The bigger bedroom has two very comfy full size new beds and big windows. The second bedroom has a very comfy queen size bed and a window overlooking the side yard. The living area has two loveseats. One is a recliner with USB chargers. The living area has a modern decor with a few art pieces from Africa. The coffee table lifts up for ease when eating as you relax and watch TV or play board games. The chair side tables have two hidden panels. One in the back for USB charging ports and outlets and one in front for beverage holders. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Complimentary Coffee and Tea is provided. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire apartment through a private keyless entry. Host and guests have two completely separate entryways for total privacy. Guests also have access to the grounds next to the apartment. Other things to note Children 2 years and above count as guests. I also have a small foldable table and chairs that can serve as dining/play table for the little ones. PLEASE NOTE: I do not have a crib however, a Pack and Play (Playpen) is available and guests have used it as a crib. A High chair is available. Also, please note: the space is equipped with A SHOWER ONLY. The kitchen is fully equipped. You are welcome to use anything in the pantry. NOTE: There are external surveillance security cameras around the property, no audio.
