Explore a variety of restaurants, shops and local attractions in Port Isabel and just minutes from South Padre Island. *Please Read* Check-in: Long Island Village requires an $90 resort fee that will be paid directly to LIV upon check-in at the Welcome Center and is not included in your AIRBNB booking fees. The resort fee covers the parking passes (two vehicles maximum), Gate code to enter premises and resort wristbands to access on-site amenities. The welcome center is open until 5:00PM. Travelers arriving after 5PM: In order to facilitate entry, please notify me at least 24 hrs before arrival so that I can make arrangements to have your name on the security guard list to get past the gate. Other things to note Long Island Village and South Padre Island are a beautiful place to visit with families and those looking for a vacation getaway. This Sea Cottage is mostly used by the owners as their weekend home. The Sea Cottage has an explicit “No Spring Break” policy. We do not rent to any guests under the age of 29, with the exception of families with children. Any parties will result in immediate eviction without refund. Please do not inquire about this property if you are looking for a place to party.
