This townhouse is very spacious with 2 large bedrooms sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom located upstairs. The downstairs has a large separate dining room and a very large family room with a 55" TV. Large desk with nice task light provided so you can set up your laptop and work, if needed. It is located in the residential area of Crestwood and is convenient to UAB and other hospitals, downtown Birmingham, The Barber Sports Complex, Talladega 500 racetrack, the Birmingham Civil Rights Institute, Vulcan, Bluff Park Art Show, the outstanding Alabama Symphony, The Club, Birmingham Civic Center, Birmingham Botanical Gardens and the Birmingham Zoo. Within about 4 miles of all major medical centers (UAB, St. Vincent's, Children's, VA). About 3 miles from Pepper Place where you can get your Saturday morning organic fruits and vegetables. (LOVE this place!!) This is the perfect place for you to call home for 30 days or longer. Monthly cleaning for longer term stays. Guest access You access the condo via a personal coded lock. This condo is at the end of the development, so think of it like at the end of a cul-de-sac - quiet and private. There is very good lighting and you will have 2 marked parking spaces right outside the door. You will enjoy your own private and fenced patio shaded by very mature trees. The condo has a full kitchen with everything you need to make a great meal - just add food. There is also a laundry room in the condo that is stocked with laundry detergent, and iron, and an ironing board. Other things to note My calendar will only show availability for the next 12 months. If you need longer than what is shown on the calendar, please message me. We do long term commitments. Location, comfort, and cleanliness are the hallmarks of this condo. Centrally located <10 minutes from UAB and 5 minutes from the popular Pepper Place and several Birmingham breweries. Mattresses were bought with the comfort of guests in mind and many have commented on their "good sleep" from these Lucid mattresses. The space is maintained in immaculate condition with needs of guests anticipated. Between guests, the condo undergoes a professional disinfection with Virex.
