The cottage is set far back from the quiet neighborhood road, fenced from neighbors, and parking immediately in front and by the back door. Kitchen is well-equipped with a large refrigerator, ceramic cooktop stove, oven, microwave, and crockpot. Large screen Roku with access to multiple streaming services. Large master bedroom with laptop workspace and sitting area; cozy bedroom with queen bed; and a convertible futon that makes the third bedroom a space for relaxation, exercise or a futon bedroom. Washer and drier adds convenience. This is a recent offering on Air BnB, bought to be our FL home on visits and outfitted to become a cozy sanctuary for periodic guests.
