Northwoods getaway is nestled in the wooded hills surrounding downtown Hot Springs. It is centrally located in the Park Avenue "Uptown" area. The house is 1 mile from historic bathhouse row and the National Park. The Mid-Century home is compact, but has all the amenities you will need for your getaway. The outdoor patio is the perfect place for your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. *Please note* No parties of any kind. This is a quiet residential neighborhood. 4 guests maximum! The space You will have access to the house by keyless entry. The house has driveway parking on level ground and ample street parking. There are two bedrooms with queen beds. There is a twin size self inflatable air mattress to use in the living room if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped if you decide to cook in. There is a combo washer/dryer unit for doing small loads of laundry.
