The living room has floor heating for a comfortable stay in the winter. We provide appliances such as a TV, a washing machine with a drying function, a refrigerator, and a kettle. It's in a great location, a 4-minute walk from the station exit. Nearby, there are a number of commercial facilities such as a convenience store, a bento shop, a 24-hour supermarket, and a coin laundry. It is within walking distance of Big Terminal Ikebukuro Station, making it very convenient for transportation. It takes about 13 minutes to walk to the huge terminal station that can accommodate 4 companies and 8 lines, including the JR line, to Ikebukuro station. There are many types of shopping streets, convenience stores, supermarkets and restaurants around the station. Of course, if you go to Ikebukuro station, you can enjoy even more abundant shopping and restaurants. You can have a fun trip with the scent of fresh grass. We have a double futon in the Japanese-style room. The living room and kitchen on the second floor are equipped with the essentials for everyday life. There is no problem with simple cooking for short stays, or even long stays. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed. On the third floor, one bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. Unusually, the Japanese-style room has a skylight, so welcome a new day with morning sunlight. Each room has air conditioning and heating, so you can always stay comfortably, regardless of the season. Guest access The entire house is available for rent, so you can use all the rooms. About amenities Toothpaste and toothbrushes are not provided for hygiene reasons. You can bring your own or buy them at nearby convenience stores and drug stores. We provide face towels and bath towels for the number of guests, but if you want more than one set of towels, we can provide them for 1,000 yen/set. About garbage Please help us sort combustible and recyclable waste. Recyclable waste is separated into plastic bottles, bottles & cans (remove the cap and label of the plastic bottle, rinse the inside, drain the water, crush it horizontally, and put it in a bag) and plastic (plastic bags, plastic forks, wraps, cups, caps and labels removed from plastic bottles, etc.). In general, please keep your garbage in the room or on the balcony during your stay. If you want to take out the garbage from the room, please message us. Please be careful, as unauthorized dumping will result in a 3,000 yen fine. About bulky waste Large items such as suitcases cannot be discarded without permission. In Japan, there is a fee for disposing of bulky waste. We will collect the processing fee after you contact us, but we will collect a 5,000 yen fine for leaving it without permission.
