Note, that while you have your own floor, the loft features an open catwalk without a door. Conveniently located. Nice Views! The space Quiet and tranquil. Big house. Beautifully decorated. New and comfortable beds and bedding. You have your own room to roam. Sit out back by the raindrop water fall and pond. Plenty of parking. Minutes from the lake, beaches, parks, museums, etc. Beautiful place. Home away from home. We hope you love it here. You have access to the entire home with the exception of guests rooms and their bathrooms. It's a wonderful place to relax. Guest access You have full access to downstairs common quarters. You can watch tv in the living room, sit in one of the 2 dining areas. The kitchen. You have access to the 1/2 bathroom and the full bath. The beautiful outside patios and front yard gardens. During your stay I am available 24/7. Just call me at anytime or text. I will respond very quickly once you’re confirmed. I want to address your every need while staying with us. We like to allow you your privacy. We love animals at The White House on the Hill B&B. Your pets are welcome for an additional fee per pet. We have implemented house rules regarding animals. All pets must stay in your room at all times unless they are on a leash when moving through the house to go outside. Please do not let your pets roam freely indoors out of respect for other guests and to prevent any potential issues. If you take your pets outside for walks or to use the lawn, please clean up after them and dispose of waste in the garbage cans outside beside the garage. We appreciate your understanding. If you have any questions regarding pets or our pet policies, please contact us immediately. --- Other things to note If you've forgotten anything from home or are in need of anything from toothbrush to a t-shirt. Please let us know and we will help you in any way possible. Please note that we have implemented new house rules for outdoor and indoor activity due to our town’s rules and regulations in our subdivision. In respect for all neighbors, all outdoor activity in the yard or patio shall end at 10 PM. Quiet time must be observed. Outdoor lights, as well as fire pits, must be put out at 10 PM from Sunday through Thursday evenings, and at 12 AM on Friday and Saturday evenings. Please extinguish the fire pits by dousing each fire with water and covering them for the evening, making sure the fire is reduced to a low ember or is completely extinguished. We also ask that quiet time be implemented indoors as well, keeping noise to a minimum. Many guests in the house work early or late hours, and everyone sleeps at different times during the day. We only ask for a lower noise level from 10 PM until 6 AM. Thank you for your understanding. ---
