Rustic Retreat at The Homestead at Miller Rd

This is a room in a rustic Homestead with shared spaces inside and out with the exception of my area in the back of the home. The bunkbeds are way more comfortable than you think I am told over and over again. Hanging chairs inside or out and 5 hammock spots. Chiminea, Fire Pits, grills are all open for your use. Wait out a rain storm in the tin roof shed! Relax in a Hammock or hanging chair! This is a chill spot *Not a loud party spot! The space We are situated on 2 acres just Southwest of Hershey Pennsylvania. You can feel the nostalgia as soon as you pull in. There is an incredible variety of hardwood trees are all showing off their incredible fall foliage. Red oak, white oak, sugar maple, red maple, tulip poplar, sweet birtch, chestnut oak and on and on. Trees and plenty of food and water for our feathered friends bring them in in droves! Nuthatches, Red bellied and Hairy Woodpeckers, Tufted Titmouse, Finches, Cardinals and more. And of course Chipmunks, Squirrels and Deer! Install Alfred Camera on your mobile device and enjoy live bird feeder and trail cams! There are so many places just to sit and relax. Three unique water features add the peaceful sound of running water near several sitting areas. Several spots to hang your very own hanging tree chair. Have you ever tried one of these!!? Once you’ve melted into nature you can enjoy a walk or ride on the nature/mountain bike trail that surrounds the property. Guest access You and up to 3 of your friends have access to the full property with the exception of my room in the back. During your stay If I am not away photographing I am usually somewhere working on a project on the property. Always willing to give suggestions or have a chat but will give you your space and privacy. Other things to note Dogs are welcome but may not be kenneled here. Your buddy will come and go with you.
