Welcome to my Solar Powered recently renovated Victorian 1895 home! It is conveniently located in trendy Bloomingdale, a beautiful Victorian neighborhood, close to the hip Big Bear Coffee Shop. Close to the Red Hen rated by Michelin Guide as a "Bib Gourmand" restaurant. In the warmer months see the Sunday morning Farmers Market. I am a five continent traveler looking forward to meeting guests from all seven continents. Guests are required to present valid identification upon booking. The space Solar Powered -- There is a private entrance via a gated walking alley. The English Basement Guest Suite is perfect for one to two guests but if you don't mind a cot can be added to the basement for a third person like a child understand space is at tighter than just two. The queen-sized bed has bedside tables and reading lights, etc. Brand new construction with all new appliances including convection microwave, with fridge and a single unit washer/dryer. The kitchenette is tricked out with everything you might need: coffee-maker, electric tea kettle, utensils, glasses, dishes, and a single induction cook top. Please note there is a counter top toaster-oven. You will find everything you need to feel at home including free guest Wifi, a wall-mounted TV, clock radio, stereo, individually controlled ac/heating system, portable fan, ironing board, hair dryer, and other personal amenities. For personal safety, there is a Guardian alarm system, carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector, and fire sprinklers system. Enter via some stairs off the back yard deck, accessible from the back walking alley. If there are some supplies you need please let let me know and I'll do my best to accommodate you. Guest access Guest suite (guests only) Approach the Airbnb by the back of home entrance via a gated walking alley. The stairs descend from a to the entrance of the Airbnb. Electronic door lock allows for private code to enter the Airbnb.
