Cozy St. Louis Bungalow Room 2 (9 mins to Airport)

We follow COVID-19 Sanitation procedures. Cozy St. Louis Guest Bungalow Room 2 is on the upper floor of a classic home, recently renovated in 2020. It has a queen bed. We have an easy access keypad entrance with free street parking right outside the entrance. Within minutes of all major highways including I-70, I-170, highways 270 and 64, and easy access to attractions in St. Louis. Downtown is only 25 minutes away. The space This is a bungalow style house and we rent out the two upstairs bedrooms, usually to traveling business professionals. The bedrooms are private and all other spaces are shared. There is a shared kitchen (full), living room with a larger TV, a dining room, and laundry facilities in the basement. We are at the house one to two times per month, usually on a weekend, and occupy the downstairs third bedroom . During your stay We are open to socializing when we are in town, but also give guests the space they need. We are easily accessible by phone. Other things to note This listing is designed for one person. If you want something for two people, than we recommend booking something else. It's a price per person; therefore, you will be asked to leave and/or be billed for extra occupants.
