The holiday home built in 1998 and is furnished in a modern style. The space Balatonboglár. The holiday home is located on a 250 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow and flowers, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The owners have a small dog Havagnese breed. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property. Room: The entrance to your holiday home is located on the ground floor and is at ground level. Ground floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Living/bedroom (70 sqm) with 2 additional beds on double sofa bed, TV and access to the terrace (garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs). Cooking nook in the living room with gas stove (4 flames), dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, 2 washbasins, WC and window. Separate toilet with WC. Upper floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 baby cot and access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and access to the balcony. Living/bedroom with 2 additional beds on double sofa bed and access to the terrace. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window. Division: Holiday home, 2 floors, 7 rooms (including 5 bedrooms), 200 sqm, in total 15 beds (including 4 additional beds), on request additionally 1 child up to 2 years in a baby cot.
