Amazing lakeview with direct water access. Spacious deck and living room overlook the lake, rocky little island and fire pit. See "Other things to note" for rules and reminders. We hope you left good memory here. The space South facing Lake view. Both living room and sunroom have great view of the lake. Three kayaks (one is Inflatable ) are available. Use at guest’s risk. Water surrounding the dock area can be weedy in summer, not suitable for swimming. However, if you are willing to paddle out there are good spots for swimming within 10mins of kayaking. The spacious deck and the fire pit area is where we enjoy the amazing lakeview. Dock at the waterside is the lowest spot on the property and is sunken and pending to be rebuilt. We only use it for fixing the boat. Use at guest's risk. If you are looking for a dock area for sitting/swimming, please don't book as you may be disappointed. Multiple beaches are nearby. Recommended for anglers and nature lovers. Multiple islands on the lake to explore including Wolf Island provincial park. Abundant of largemouth/smallmouth bass in the close-by bays. Other things to note Please supply your own bed linens, pillows, pillow cases, and towels. Garbage must be categorized (general/kitchen/recycle) before bagging and removed upon leaving. Buckhorn dump station staff may ask you to recategorize garbage in front of the gate if the requirement is not met. Detail instruction and opening hours of the dumping site will be provided in the garbage kit. Recommend guests to bring drinking water. We have great neighbors so I want to do airbnb in a responsible way. No party is allowed for noise reason. We try our best to accommodate your request and want our guest to have great experience, however worst case will result in the following fees: -garbage left on site $100 -excess cleaning requirements to the house $200 Cost to repair damage to the interior, furniture and equipment due to abuse and misuse will be passed directly onto the guest. Putting anything except what you output and toilet paper into the toilet could result in septic system failure $$$. Please book with the exact number of guests. Failure of doing is a violation of the booking policy and will lead to termination of the rent. If there is a fire ban in the region, please don't have fire. Any fine will be directly passed to guest. Please bear in mind these are worse case scenarios and will not apply to most (99%) of our guests. We have been fortunate with meeting very respectful guests for the most part but sadly there were a few that disrespect what we have created and accordingly, this is the reason why we require a security deposit and it is necessary for us to be clear on how abuse will be handled.
