Oak Knoll - A Butler's Manor

Oak Knoll has a high vaulted ceiling, 3 windows, a Queen sized bed, antique armoire and dresser, 26" flat screen tv with many premium cable channels. It has a small bathroom with tiled corner shower and vanity as well as a magnifying, lit makeup mirror. The space Oak Knoll features a soaring chandelier-lit vaulted ceiling framed by original carved beams of our 1860 house. Three windows overlook mature trees and our front garden and allow natural light without compromising privacy. Comphy Company linens dress the queen-sized pewter-finished bed and an antique armoire and dresser are for your storage needs. A writing desk and chair with free sherry (for those over 21) overlooks the front lawn and trees. The private bathroom features a tiled shower and a marble top small vanity. It also has a lighted magnifying makeup mirror. Guest access Guests may use the communal living room which has a wood burning fireplace and feel free to wander the gardens and pool area. During your stay Our house is our home and we are always available in an emergency. Upon check in guests are given the code to the front door, a room key for their bedroom and our cell phone number in case we are out shopping/dinner/cinema etc. We provide local maps as well as restaurant suggestions, even a selfie scavenger hunt on request. Other things to note We are a professionally owned and operated legal B&B therefore there are other guests as well as ourselves in the house. We do not take guest pets as we have a 30lb dog on the premises. We are not suitable for children under 12 unless you take the whole house, all 5 rooms.
