Only registered guests are allowed, unless specifically agreed upon during the booking process. We do have two outside cameras, one for the carport and the other at the front door for security and to ensure only registered guests are on the property. Any unannounced guest above the maximum capacity of 4 will be asked to leave and the reservation may be cancelled at will. Always cover the hot tub and fasten the safety clips when the hot tub is not in use. Please do not put any soap into hot tub. - Children under the age of 18 must always be under direct adult supervision while outdoors. No glassware outdoors please. - Do not use fire pit on unusually windy days and at the height of summer. Be mindful of the furniture and do not sit too close to the fire. Have a fire blanket and extinguisher readily available. - Houses in the high desert are on a septic tank system. Therefore do not flush anything down the toilet except for toilet paper. - Guests will need to provide their own fire wood and starter kits as we cannot guarantee ample supply.
