Property is about 1.25 hours north of Houston. The space Space is well used & comfortable, peaceful and quiet. The perfect getaway with friends, family and loved ones. Guest access This is the second “guest” house and the owner occupies the main house occasionally. He may or not be present during your stay. Guests are not allowed in the main house. Waterfront & Dock are available for use. You are responsible for all your own water toys, floats, life jackets, etc Other things to note This is a private dirt road, a bit rough driving in. Please be respectful of speed & dust while driving in & out for other land owners. We are at the end on the left. Park in between the 2 houses.
