It's all about location!!!!!! A beautiful, newly-renovated room and bathroom in one of Chicago's best neighborhoods. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping, and only two blocks from Lincoln Park and the beautiful Chicago Lakefront. Twenty minute bus or CTA train to downtown; 15 minute walk to Wrigley Field. Amenities include fast wifi and smart TV with free Hulu and Netflix. There is a desk and lamp for working. The space The Airbnb is a renovated space in a vintage row house built in the 19th Century. Inside, there is an entrance way (mud room) with shelves and hooks to hang jackets, store shoes and other things. The main room has a queen-size bed, appliances, a desk and chairs, and a large couch that opens into a second queen-size bed. There is a separate bathroom off the main room. You have your own entrance and a code to the door. Long-term rentals have access to a washer and dryer in a separate room just behind the Airbnb. Guest access The space is completely private, and you have your own entrance and exit. During your stay The upper level is my home and I'll often be occupying it during our guest's stay. I am immediately available if needed. Otherwise, guests may contact me via Airbnb. Other things to note The surrounding neighborhood is safe and easily walkable. There is a Trader Joe's and Mariano's within a five minute walk from the house, along with two Starbucks, a CVS, etc... Registration Details R20000058868
