Welcome to my wonderful home! It's a serene oasis with three adorable dogs - Jaxon, Willow, & Harper. They are all small & super friendly. I'm open to considering other pets on a case-by-case and breed basis. The house is located 7 miles from downtown Fort Worth, with a new train station less than 2 miles for easy access to both Fort Worth & Dallas. Plus, there's a Walmart just 0.3 miles from the house for all your shopping. It's a perfect spot for a relaxing & convenient stay. The space Check out this amazing place! You'll be just a stone's throw away from downtown Fort Worth and West 7th, with the Stockyards within easy reach. Plus, Northeast Mall is just minutes away, and you can reach DFW airport in a flash. With access to all major highways close by, getting around is a breeze. The train station is nearby, so you can easily hop on a train to downtown Dallas or Fort Worth. And guess what? There's a neighborhood Walmart practically on your doorstep! This house is the epitome of tranquility, with your own stainless steel full-size fridge/freezer and a shared bathroom with your very own sink and cabinet. Safety is a top priority, with a police station within walking distance and several public parks in the neighborhood. Your room is decked out with a 42" smart TV, a comfy queen-size memory foam mattress, and your very own Lulu-lemon studio workout mirror with weights, kettlebells, bands, and a yoga mat. Not to mention, the kitchen is fully equipped with a smart hub fridge and an abundance of cooking utensils. And with AT&T fiber optics 1000 WiFi throughout the house, you'll always be connected. But that's not all – there's a key-less entry, an awesome alarm system with a doorbell camera, and the ability to control it all from your phone. And did I mention the brand new refrigerator that lets you stream TV, YouTube, and music? Plus, there's always fresh fruit-flavored water waiting for you. With access to all common areas and a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, this place is a dream come true! I'm friendly, so if you see me around the house, feel free to start a conversation. Other things to note Hey there! Just wanted to share some info about my home. I have 3 adorable French bulldogs, so if you're a dog lover, you'll feel right at home here! My dogs are well-behaved and potty trained. They can be a bit hyper when meeting new people, but they're total sweethearts. Please avoid giving them any table scraps as they have sensitive stomachs. I'm open to considering additional pets on a case by case basis, so let's have a chat about it. I've equipped the house with 3 fridge/freezers to make sure there's plenty of space for everyone's food. Plus, there are smart TVs in every room and high-speed fiber optics WiFi throughout the house. To access the home, you'll need to download the Vivint app. Oh, and please use HE laundry detergent in the washing machine. Feel free to use the grill in the backyard, and there's a ninja foodie smart grill available as well. You'll find plenty of cooking supplies here. And don't forget about the hammock in the backyard for enjoying the beautiful sunsets or sunrises! If you have any questions, just let me know.
