Robeanne House is friendly country style accommodation with views of the Wolds on our first floor accommodation surrounded by farmland. Conveniently located for York (20 miles), walking the Wolds, Historical houses, nature reserves (5 miles) and the East Coast (27 miles). Our accommodation is bright and airy designed for self-catering with great food outlets within a 10 minute drive radius . We have a guest charcoal BBQ, on site dog exercise area and we welcome dogs. The space This ground floor spacious studio apartment with a private entrance. It includes a King bed with en-suite facilities, a bath and shower over. The bedroom includes a feature fireplace and a sofa to relax. It also includes a wardrobe, iron, ironing board, flat screen TV, and a hairdryer. We provide good quality bedding and fluffy towels; quality products in the bathroom and central heating throughout. The kitchen facilities include a sink, kitchenware, refrigerator, microwave, mini oven, mini oven, toaster, and kettle with a dining table for self-catering. Complimentary tea/coffee making facilities are provided with fresh milk, biscuits and cereals for breakfast. There is a private off-road parking on site, free WIFI and a countryside view in the shared guest garden with seating & charcoal BBQ facilities. Other things to note We try to be sustainable and help the environment by using solar panels, ground source heating & air drying laundry. We do have beehives in the field the rear of the property, so you may see them busy at work in the gardens.
