Description
Unique guest house located on an authentic farmstead. Property borders the Cuyahoga Valley National Park where countless adventures await. Walk to Brandywine Falls, the park's crown jewel, from the farm. It is a 10 minute walk. Nearby attractions include the historic areas of Hudson and Peninsula, and Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens. Bucolic Amish country less than an hour drive. Cleveland and Akron city centers are not too far. The space Simple farm building entryway with four-foot wide carriage door opens into a great room with timbered cathedral ceiling with full kitchen, large dining table, and upholstered furniture. Small hilly pasture leading to a deep ravine can be seen out back windows. Enjoy watching the chickens from the deck or windows during the spring, summer and fall. Bathroom has a full-size shower. There is a queen bed on the first floor. In addition, a rollaway bed is available for use on the first floor. The second queen bed is located in the loft area. A mini crib (18" x 35") or a Pack 'n Play is available upon request. For guests who may need a little extra space, we also have two other homes nearby—one with 5 acres just across the street (airbnb.com/h/tfabf) and another on 1 acre just a couple doors down (airbnb.com/h/cvnpvalley). Feel free to ask about their availability! Our Pet Policy A daily pet fee of $50 is required to allow pets on the property. This fee covers a deep cleaning to ensure the space remains safe and comfortable for future guests with allergies. Only one pet is permitted per stay, with a maximum weight limit of 40 pounds for dogs. If your pet is left alone in the home, it must be crated—a crate is provided by the host for your convenience. Please note, the farm is also home to a senior, friendly female Great Pyrenees named Sugar, who has free roam of the property.
