Kitchen is fully furnished, including granite countertops, dishwasher and gas range Safe and quiet neighborhood. Comfy beds with hotel quality linens and plenty of towels. Covered porch on front and back, large fenced back yard. Keyless door lock, guests will be provided with access code prior to stay. Pet friendly upon request. Host is local, and easy to communicate with 24 hours a day. Single car garage may be used when requested. Other things to note No smoking inside (including vaping) When making a reservation or sending an inquiry, please include all guests. The property has a "Ring" security camera/doorbell placed at the exterior front door of the home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in this public area. Pets: We welcome fur babies (and have 6 miniature schnauzers ourselves...). Please be sure to mention your pet when making reservation or sending an inquiry. Guests bringing pets must declare all pets when sending an inquiry or prior to making a reservation. Pet Guidelines: Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Pets left unattended for any length of time must be crated. Guests are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste. Please keep all fur babies off of furniture, beds and linens. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee if we have to clean pet hair from bed linens, or couches.
