Our 2 bedroom house is centrally located in downtown San Clemente. Walking distance to the beach, downtown and all the best restaurants and attractions. Linda Lane Park, Casa Romantica and the beach trail are a few minutes away. Our spacious outdoor patio offers seating for 4. We've designed our space to have all of the comforts you would expect including fast, reliable wifi and comfortable memory foam mattresses. The space Welcome to your tastefully decorated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom bungalow near downtown San Clemente. You'll enjoy all of the comforts that you would expect from your own home. Whether you'd like to BBQ on the large patio or walk down to Del Mar for a local meal, our Airbnb is centrally located. We have a dishwasher and a fully stocked kitchen so you can relax and enjoy your home away from home in San Clemente. We provide beach towels and beach chairs for you to use during your stay. A couple of things to note, this is an entire home with a private patio overlooking the backyard but there is no yard access. There is a separate unit below the house that is also an airbnb. Because of the layout and potential for sound transfer, this home is best suited for couples or families with older children who are comfortable maintaining a quieter environment, especially during morning and evening hours. There are no shared spaces between the home and the lower unit. We ask all guests to be mindful and respectful of other guests and neighbors and to minimize outside noise after 9 p.m. San Clemente has a wonderful year round temperature but we do provide portable AC units in the warmer months. Please note we don’t have central air. We do not have a garage or on site laundry access for guests. While guests do not have access to the garage, please be aware that property maintenance staff and landscapers may need to enter the garage and outside areas of the property for maintenance and supplies. Guest access Guest have full use of the entire home, with the exception of a few areas. There is a locked supply closet off the kitchen and hallway which is not accessible to guests. The garage is also used for storage and is not accessible for guests as owners, cleaning and maintenance staff may need to access it. The home has a large, attached patio but the stairs leading down to the backyard below are locked on either side. The backyard is for the lower unit only. Other things to note Because this is the upper level of a home with a separate apartment below, the space is not ideal for families with young children due to normal early-morning movement and sound transfer. You'll be renting the entire house with a large, outdoor patio. The private back patio with BBQ, patio set, and lounge seating is exclusively for your use. There is a basement apartment and the backyard access is for their use. The stairs leading up to the patio or down to the yard have a locked gate for the privacy and comfort of each of our guests. The unit below the home has a separate, private entrance so there are no shared interior spaces on the property between guests. The garage is not part of the rented space and while other tenants do not have access to this area, please be aware that property maintenance staff and landscapers may need to enter it periodically. Our priority is to ensure a wonderful stay for our each of our guests and we ask that you please be respectful of other guests and neighbors. Guests who do not follow these guidelines may be asked to vacate immediately without a refund. The house is not suitable for parties, gatherings, or loud music. No additional guests on the property at any time that are not on the reservation. Our maximum guest occupancy is 4 guests. We don't allow smoking anywhere on the property. We don't allow pets in the house. If pets or smoking are discovered we charge a $500 cleaning fee. For guests traveling with service dogs we follow airbnb and ADA guidelines which means Service Animal/ESA must remain under the control of the handler at all times and cannot be left unattended at anytime. The guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by a Service Animal/ESA. You and your Service Animal/ESA will be asked to leave if we discover misrepresentation of a pet as a Service Animal. If this occurs, there will be no refund given. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance. We are not able to make exceptions or changes to our cancellation policy that guests agree to when booking.
