Nestled in beautiful Amish Country, our home is ready for you to come in and relax! This classic stone farmhouse is located in a small town setting with off-street parking near many well-known attractions in Lancaster County; Shady Maple Smorgasbord and Farmers’ Market, The Kitchen Kettle Village, and Bird-in-Hand - to name just a few. The space This one-of-a-kind house was originally built by a local craftsman for his family and has a lot of hand-crafted charm throughout. Its stately structure and lovely rooms are sure to be a haven for you to relax. Tastefully and elegantly decorated, our home will make your visit to Lancaster County an enjoyable experience. The living room boasts a large screen smart TV and has comfortable and relaxing spaces to put your feet up. The farmhouse-style kitchen is furnished with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven. Don’t feel like cooking? No worries - you’re only two miles from either Shady Maple Smorgasbord & Dutchette or Yoder’s Restaurant & Buffet! The dining room has a large bay window and family-sized table. Make your cup of morning coffee here as well! On the second floor you will find a family room, a full bathroom, and three of our four bedrooms. The Family Room is a stylish looking corner. Look here for some board games or grab a good ole’ fashioned book to read. Our sparkling modern master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a comfortable reading corner. The second bedroom has a country feel with its ticking stripes and nice queen bed along with a stuffed bench for seating. The third bedroom with its full-size bed, radiates a modern classic vibe. On the third floor, we have the delightfully woodsy Bear Den dorm room with four twin-sized beds and a full bathroom. The stone porch is shaded by bushes so you can sit outside, drink your coffee, and still have privacy. Other things to note Only 3 regular vehicles are allowed to park on the premises (refer to house rules for details). If more than one family is staying then a representative of each family must be added as a co-traveler so they have access to messages and other important information. No visitors are allowed unless special permission is given. Please read and understand all of the house rules before booking.
