Right in front of the house is a large landscaped park with benches and a playground. A pleasant walk will take you to the city center (about 20 minutes). The advantage is a large, free parking lot right in front of the house. The apartments are also suitable for long-term rentals, thanks to the full equipment of the units (equipped kitchenette, washing machine, etc.)
