Boasting an acre of land with an above ground pool (heated May to October 1st) hot tub, basketball hoop, fire pit, and a large pond complete the serene laid-back escape. Close enough to town to enjoy all Leavenworth has to offer but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle while relaxing on the porch with stunning views of Sleeping Lady Mountain. County permit#000120 The space The two-story home with beautiful wrap around porch includes four (4) bedrooms upstairs, two and a half (2.5) bathrooms, and two gathering areas downstairs next to the kitchen and dining room. Two bedrooms include a King bed, one bedroom has a Queen bed, and one with two twin beds making it perfect for many combinations of families or couples. Washer/Dryer free for guests. Large, full stocked kitchen with island perfect for making meals and memories. Dogs allowed for the fee of 55 dollars per stay. We also have an additional bonus of a connected fenced enclosure with doggy-door access off the mud room. Icicle Oasis located in the heart of the Icicle Valley is less than a mile from Icicle Ridge hiking trail, close to many more hiking trails further up Icicle Canyon, thirty-five minutes from Stevens Pass Ski resort and less than a quarter mile from the cross-country ski track in the colder months. Guest access The house, large yard, pool, pond, hot tub and fire pit. Other things to note No extra guests are not allowed on the property. We allow a maximum of six guests per reservation. We do not allow “day" visitors on our property. Only the guests from the original reservation are allowed on the property. Please let me know when booking if you are bringing dogs. Always put the umbrella down on the deck by the pool after use. Always close the sliding glass door on the porch. The a/c has to work too hard when this is left open. When using the hot tub, please use the hot tub lid lifter to open the hot tub. Please do not walk on the pool or the pond when they are iced over. Please never throw rocks into the pool or the pond.
