Empire Blue House w/ Hot Tub

Clean, new home (in 2020) with 6-person hot tub is less than a 4-minute walk to Lake Michigan, and 3-minutes to downtown Empire. In the heart of Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and its amazing trails, there is over 1400 square feet of indoor living space, plus 1000 sq feet of covered decks. The location offers easy access to a variety of outdoor recreation, Leelanau Wineries, and is 25 miles to Traverse City shopping and nightlife or 25 miles to Crystal Mountain Skiing! The space Central Air conditioning. Fully stocked kitchen. Outdoor Weber gas grill and picnic table on covered deck. In the backyard there is a fire pit (and firewood). If you need to balance work and play, there are 2 foldable desk tops and chairs that can be placed wherever you want to work. Upstairs: Laundry room, one full bath with tub/shower, two bedrooms, each with Queen bed and private walk-out decks. Downstairs: One bedroom with full bed, one full bath with low threshold shower. The WiFi is excellent at Empire Blue House. It is Cable Internet: 100 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload. The tap water is city/municipal water (not well water). Guest access There is ample parking for 3-4 vehicles in the driveway. There is a garage onsite that is not available to guests. Other things to note The hot tub is drained, sanitized and refilled with fresh water between each stay. The Blue House was designed to provide clean, washable surfaces throughout the house. All blankets, sheets, shams and towels are washed and sanitized before every guest. We provide 2 beach chairs and a wagon to help you transport everything you need for a fun day at the beach! Bring your own beach towels. There is a firepit in the backyard. We provide kindling, firewood, and marshmallow roasting sticks!
