This cottage is very comfortable and cute. It is rustic but we have AC and heat for every season. The outside has a lovely courtyard with fire pit and string lights. This cottage is very centrally located with Los Olivos just a mile up the road and Solvang 3 miles down the road. There are many wineries in every direction walking distance and a bike ride away. It sleeps two comfortably in our queen size bed. Please let us know the duration of time in which she would like to stay. This is a rustic historical comfortable cottage. This cottage has one bedroom with a queen size bed that sleeps two people, one bathroom with a shower, and one living room with a sofa and small dining table, kitchenette and accent chairs. The courtyard includes three outdoor dining areas, a firepit, fountains , string, lighting, and barbecue. There is also ample parking out in front of the Cottages . There’s an outdoor courtyard with fire pit and picnic tables and fountains. We are on the property but love to give our guests their privacy. So we are here if you need anything at all! We are very centrally located in Ballard within the Santa Ynez valley. We are 2 miles from Los Olivos, Solvang and Santa ynez. All of which have great wineries and restaurants. We even have several wineries within walking distance of the cottage. The Ballard Inn is a great restaurant two walking minutes away. We live in a very safe area and our property is a historical landmark. Car is great to have but not necessary. Our valley bus stop is literally on the property. Biking is very popular here and we have bike paths on all of our roads around here. We also have uber and taxi service available.
