Our loft in DTLA is in a convenient location, close to public transportation and close to all the things you want to do in DTLA (Grand Central Market, Walt Disney Concert Hall, The Last Bookstore, The Broad, MOCA, LA Live, Staples Center and more). Hollywood and Santa Monica are a short Metro ride away! The Financial District, Jewelry District and Fashion District are within walking distance. We are located in the Historic Core of DTLA (Hill Street, Broadway, 5th Street). The space This is a 670 square foot loft with one bedroom (bedroom is in a separated area without a door), one full size bed and a sofa bed. There is a rooftop pool and jacuzzi. This is an industrial style loft, with high ceilings, exposed concrete beams and exposed pipes. It is on the 10th floor of a building that was built in 1923. Parking is not included. On-site valet parking can be arranged for an additional $5 per day. Please let me know if you will have a car and require parking.
