This convenient, eclectic, industrial neighborhood is located about 8 minutes from the heart of downtown Asheville! Across from the house is The Mill at Riverside, complete with local artists' studios and High Five Coffee Shop. Just up the way is Woodfin Riverside Park, located directly on the French Broad River with waterside benches and a pedestrian path. You'll be so close to water activities such as floating, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing during the warmer months. The space This 1920s bungalow retains its original charm with hardwood floors and natural light, and has an updated kitchen and bathroom. The house has been outfitted with everything you need for an easy, comfortable stay. *Relax in this dwelling knowing it's a CLEAN, cozy, stylish, and private residence with central air/heat, wi-fi, Flat Screen TV, and work station. *Need to bring your relaxation to the next level? Take a bubble bath in the spacious CLAW FOOT TUB! If soaking isn't your style, enjoy the overhead shower option. *Pack light: the home is FULLY STOCKED with clean towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, sanitizer, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, blow dryer, ironing board & iron, are available for your use. An assortment of coffee, tea, and snacks are provided. *Fully equipped KITCHEN with pots and pans, microwave, toaster, blender, eco-friendly drip coffee pot and coffee grinder. Enjoy the backyard grill and fire pit for outdoor cooking. Enjoy the eat-in kitchen table (seating for 4) or eat al fresco at the backyard picnic table or front porch bar! *DOG-FRIENDLY residence! Only well-behaved pups allowed (sorry, no cats). Spare food and water bowls, treats, and baggies provided. I ask that you pick up after your pets in the yard and that they remain off all furniture as a courtesy to other guests. The backyard is FULLY FENCED so you can enjoy your stay knowing your four-legged friends will stay nearby. *Help yourself to the washer and dryer in the LAUNDRY nook (located in the kitchen). Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are complimentary. * Enjoy the outdoor space complete with a FIRE PIT and outdoor seating! Firewood is provided for your convenience. The backyard also boasts a picnic table and umbrella for outdoor dining. * PARKING is free and can easily accommodate up to 3 standard-size vehicles (driveway is to the left of the house). Please note, the driveway is on an incline, although the the top section is level to allow for easy parking. Guest access The entire house is yours! Please park in the gravel driveway located to the left of the house. The driveway is considered steep by some but has recently been regraded to make it a smoother drive and process :) Please note that the house is located on a busy road. Other things to note 200 mbps Wifi and roku streaming platform is provided (you must log in to your own accounts ie Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu etc).
