Quiet property,almost 8 acres, of beautiful wooded property . Set back from the road. Many trails, wineries and breweries nearby. Legoland is 20 minutes away and many antique shops within 30 minutes or so. We live in the other house on the property, so we are accessible. You can take a stroll on the path by the stream or sit on the spacious 35 x 10 foot deck and enjoy the natural setting of the property. Fire pit is now available. Enjoy the night air and gaze at the stars. The space . Come enjoy the spacious deck, the fire pit, the scenic waterfall at the bottom of the hill. Our space is located centrally in the Hudson Valley. 5 minutes off Rt 84. 15 minutes from Route 17. 20 minutes to Vernon Valley, 10 minutes to Delaware River, 1/2 hour to New Windsor and nearby Stewart Airport. Many things nearby to do and see. Uber is limited but available. You can call a taxi service, but it could get pricey. Although the address says Middletown, we are actually in Minisink. Guest access The whole lower half of the property is accessible. We live on the top of the hill, the Airbnb is the lower half. Other things to note If you use the fire pit please be responsible. Do not put any flammable liquids in the fire pit. We have firestarter in the closet by the downstairs bathroom. Use sparingly. They work well. Only use firewood provided and whatever sticks can be scrounged from the surrounding woods. If you run out of either, let us know. We’ll bring some down. We take care of weekly trash removal. Please use the bins and bags provided and we’ll have it removed every Friday. We ask that you keep trash and opened food in its proper place, to avoid attracting any unwanted pests. The deck may be a little slippery when wet. We mow the lawn once a week. We may have to mow while you are there if the weather does not permit us to mow it during breaks between stays. We have coolers if you need to borrow one during your stay. Thanks for booking.
