Located in Lowertown Rochester, we are just 1 mile away from Mayo Clinic and 4 houses away from Silver Lake and all it has to offer. Walk and bike along the trails, paddle boat from the docks, and play at the playground located just steps away from the house. This charming bungalow is sure to feel like home away from home. The space This tastefully decorated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home with open floor plan: Main floor features your main bedroom with queen bed, large bathroom, open kitchen with bar seating, and living room with 65” smart TV. Upper level is our twin suite with two comfortable single beds and walk in closet. The lower level features a large space to get cozy while watching TV, reading, or playing games. A washer and dryer are also included for your use during your stay. The Love Sactional can be reconfigured for additional sleeping Outside our backyard is fully fenced and has a quaint patio space to enjoy during warmer months. We are located across the alley from a floral shop + boutique, and just steps away from Silver Lake Park, featuring walking/biking trails, playground, bird watching, and more. Guest access Guests have access of entire home, including patio, fenced in backyard, and laundry room with washer/dryer and detergent provided. Kitchen has everything you will need to prepare any meal and a local grocery store is just a few blocks from the Lakehouse. Other things to note No parties allowed. Please let hosts know ahead of time of any additional guests. No smoking (or vaping) of any kind inside the home - we have several guests visiting for medical care and this is a strict house rule. City of Rochester’s quiet hours are 10PM-7AM per noise ordinance. We ask that our guests are considerate of neighbors and property is treated like your own. Other things to note: We provide initial toiletries to start but you will need to refill if you are in an extended stay. Please use bleach/oxy clean (provided) during laundry to keep them nice and white and wash 1x per week for extended stays. Do not wash colors and whites. Garbage cans need to go out on Sunday night for Monday pick up. Cleaning fee is for standard cleaning and sanitizing. Any additional cleaning outside of normal wear and tear may incur additional cleaning costs at the discretion of hosts and cleaning staff. PET POLICY: No cats allowed and guests must get approval from hosts before bringing a dog. If you would like to add a pet to your stay, please send us a message so we can talk about it. Pets add an additional $10 per pet, per day (not included in quoted price). Guests are required to clean up after themselves, their guests, and their animals (if any.)
