It is newly renovated and totally updated with a comfortable mid century modern appeal. Guest access Guest have access to one reserved parking spot and additional guest parking just across from the condo. Patio space, with patio furniture, gas firepit and charcoal grill. They also have access to a boardwalk that spans the complex, 2 community charcoal grills and picnic tables. Other things to note Lake Hamilton & Lake Ouachita The annual lake drawdown begins on November 1st of each year and the refill of both lakes will begin between March 1 and March 8 of the following year.
