Historic pre-war 3 bedroom, 3 bath remodeled stone home on Hospital Hill, ¾ mile to downtown Flagstaff shops & restaurants (15-minute walk), Route 66, ¼ mile to Basha's grocery store (5-minute walk), NAU 1 ¼ miles (25-minute walk) and steps to Flagstaff Medical Center. Hardwood floors, Shaker cabinets, granite counters. Smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms w/streaming WiFi. Full-size washer/dryer. Master w/king bed; bedrooms 2 & 3 w/queen beds. Fully fenced yard w/BBQ & picnic table. The space The pre-war home features three bedrooms, the first floor master roughly 14' x 12' with an ample closet and a full bath adjacent. There are two nightstands (with reading lamps) and a dresser. The second and third bedrooms are approximately 12' x 11' upstairs, and both are ensuite with full baths. All of the bedrooms have Samsung Smart TVs with speedy streaming WiFi access. In fact, the WiFi service is FAST and POWERFUL: 400 Mbps download speed and 40 Mbps upload speed. The comfortable, well-sized living room steps into the formal dining room, which comfortably seats 6 and doubles as a work space. The living room has a 50" Samsung Smart TV with streaming WiFi access and 70+ local, network, and cable channels. The electric fireplace provides a romantic atmosphere and heat. The two sofas are convertible to single beds. The club chair and ottoman are comfortable. The first-floor bath is adjacent to the master bedroom and features a shower, vanity, and one-piece Kohler toilet. The two upstairs baths make efficient use of space. Each offers a one-piece Kohler toilet, a corner shower, and a vanity. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided in the respective showers. The new kitchen features gray granite counters and a stainless steel under-mount sink. There is plenty of cabinet space. The stainless steel appliances include a gas range, built-in microwave, and French-door refrigerator. There is a private fenced backyard and front yard. One parking spot is by the front entry, with overflow parking on the street. We love well-behaved dogs - they stay for free! Sorry, no cats are permitted due to allergies. Guest access The whole house is yours as well as the fully fenced yard. Enjoy the picnic table & BBQ. Please bring your own charcoal, firewood, lighter and fluid. Other things to note We provide starters, a half dozen K-cups or so, for your coffee needs upon arrival. We do not restock during your visit. Please enjoy our sharing library – take a book, leave a book. We also have a vinyl record player and 20 or so albums of a wide variety. Enjoy the music, but please don’t take any albums with you.
